If Drive Off Alert notifies me that a vehicle is on the repeat offenders database what should I do? How do I approach the customer?

Service Station operators generally have their own operating procedure to deal with this. Normally you would ask the customer to come inside and convey privately that their car has been flagged for pre-paying.

If they are genuine about paying for their previously flagged non-payment, they may ask where the record is from. In this instance, the console operator will have that information in the system so the customer can contact that particular service station to sort it out.
