Police have arrested a man following a robbery at a Kilburn service station this morning.
At 7.40am on Thursday 1 September, police were a called to a service station on Churchill Road after a hold up alarm was activated by a staff member.
A man entered the service station armed with a knife, jumped the counter, stole a quantity of cash and fled the scene.
Luckily no one was injured.
Patrols were quickly in the area and following an investigation swiftly attended at a Kilburn address where they arrested a 29-year-old Kilburn man.
He has been charged with aggravated robbery and theft. He will appear before the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court later today.
