Emergency services were swiftly dispatched to Pearl Energy on David Street in North Albury on Wednesday afternoon following a serious workplace incident.

A worker sustained severe burns across a significant portion of his body while on duty at the petrol station on 26 March. Paramedics provided immediate medical attention before transporting him to hospital for urgent treatment.

In addition to the injured worker, a second employee was reportedly hospitalised after suffering from shock. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident to determine what led to the accident.
