Appeal for assistance regarding multiple fuel drive offs, Bundaberg

At approximately 6.45am on September 23, a man attended a service station on Takalvan Street, Bundaberg West in a white Toyota van bearing Victorian registration plates 1QP41V.

The man proceeded to put fuel in the van and left the service station without making any effort to pay for the fuel.

The man is described as approximately mid 30’s, slim build, wearing a black jumper, black shorts, sunglasses and black hat.

The same vehicle was reported committing further fuel drive offences in Charters Towers on September 28 and Rockhampton on October 5.

Police are currently investigating the offences and are requesting assistance in identifying this man and vehicle, as police believe he may be able to assist.
