A pair of alleged thugs who forced their way into a petrol station, stealing thousands of dollars worth of products are on the run.
Two men, who allegedly forced their way into a Mirboo North petrol station and stole thousands of dollars worth of products, are on the run.
Bass Coast detectives are investigating a burglary at Ridgway St BP service station at about 4am on Monday, March 29.
CCTV footage shows two men allegedly stealing products and leaving the petrol station in a stolen black Hyundai SUV.
Detective Senior Constable Darren Lomax told The Bass Coast News the offenders allegedly forced the petrol station door open using hand tools.
“We have got a few leads and we are just following them up at this stage,” Sen-Constable Lomax said.
The men were wearing black hoodies and masks at the time of the alleged robbery.
