A planning application has been lodged with Greater Shepparton City Council for the development of a service station, convenience store, restaurant and a childcare centre on currently vacant land near the Shepparton Showgrounds in Shepparton.
The proposed development is across a number of titles bordering Benalla Rd, Archer St, and Lisburn St.
The land is zoned industrial and sits within the activity centre zone. The proposal is in the early stages of the approval process.
