Plans for a redevelopment of the BP service station at the Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre also include the addition of a McDonald’s restaurant.
It is proposed the service station at the corner of Whitfords Avenue and Trappers Drive would continue as a 24/7 BP with eight refuelling bays, and include a Wild Bean Café.
However, the existing carwash and workshop facilities would be removed.
There would also be a 24/7 McDonald’s restaurant and drive-through attached to the service station, as well as 18 car parking bays, two drive-through waiting bays and one air and water bay.
The existing accesses from Whitfords Avenue and Trappers Drive are not proposed to change.
The City of Joondalup is seeking feedback via joondalup.wa.gov.au until July 30.
The Metro Outer Joint Development Assessment Panel will then be the decision maker.
